| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/amd: Improve page fault error reporting If IOMMU domain for device group is not setup properly then we may hit IOMMU page fault. Current page fault handler assumes that domain is always setup and it will hit NULL pointer derefence (see below sample log). Lets check whether domain is setup or not and log appropriate message. | CVE-2023-53777 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: erofs: kill hooked chains to avoid loops on deduplicated compressed images After heavily stressing EROFS with several images which include a hand-crafted image of repeated patterns for more than 46 days, I found two chains could be linked with each other almost simultaneously and form a loop so that the entire loop won't be submitted. As a consequence, the corresponding file pages will remain locked forever. It can be _only_ observed on data-deduplicated compressed images. For example, consider two chains with five pclusters in total: Chain 1: 2->3->4->5 -- The tail pcluster is 5; Chain 2: 5->1->2 -- The tail pcluster is 2. Chain 2 could link to Chain 1 with pcluster 5; and Chain 1 could link to Chain 2 at the same time with pcluster 2. Since hooked chains are all linked locklessly now, I have no idea how to simply avoid the race. Instead, let's avoid hooked chains completely until I could work out a proper way to fix this and end users finally tell us that it's needed to add it back. Actually, this optimization can be found with multi-threaded workloads (especially even more often on deduplicated compressed images), yet I'm not sure about the overall system impacts of not having this compared with implementation complexity. | ||||

Fix this by reallocating ZC with rx_bi_zc struct when BPF program loads. Additionally reallocate back to rx_bi when BPF program unloads. If BPF program is loaded/unloaded and XSK pools are created, reallocate RX queues accordingly in XSP_SETUP_XSK_POOL handler. | ||||

| CVE-2022-50636 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI: Fix pci_device_is_present() for VFs by checking PF pci_device_is_present() previously didn't work for VFs because it reads the Vendor and Device ID, which are 0xffff for VFs, which looks like they aren't present. Check the PF instead. Wei Gong reported that if virtio I/O is in progress when the driver is unbound or "0" is written to /sys/.../sriov_numvfs, the virtio I/O operation hangs, which may result in output like this: task:bash state:D stack: 0 pid: 1773 ppid: 1241 flags:0x00004002 Call Trace: schedule+0x4f/0xc0 blk_mq_freeze_queue_wait+0x69/0xa0 blk_mq_freeze_queue+0x1b/0x20 blk_cleanup_queue+0x3d/0xd0 virtblk_remove+0x3c/0xb0 [virtio_blk] virtio_dev_remove+0x4b/0x80 ... device_unregister+0x1b/0x60 unregister_virtio_device+0x18/0x30 virtio_pci_remove+0x41/0x80 pci_device_remove+0x3e/0xb0 This happened because pci_device_is_present(VF) returned "false" in virtio_pci_remove(), so it called virtio_break_device(). The broken vq meant that vring_interrupt() skipped the vq.callback() that would have completed the virtio I/O operation via virtblk_done(). | CVE-2025-9039 | 1 Amazon | 1 Ecs | 2026-04-15 | 4.3 Medium |
| We identified an issue in the Amazon ECS agent where, under certain conditions, an introspection server could be accessed off-host by another instance if the instances are in the same security group or if their security groups allow incoming connections that include the port where the server is hosted. This issue does not affect instances where the option to allow off-host access to the introspection server is set to 'false'. This issue has been addressed in ECS agent version 1.97.1. We recommend upgrading to the latest version and ensuring any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes. If customers cannot update to the latest AMI, they can modify the Amazon EC2 security groups to restrict incoming access to the introspection server port (51678). | ||||
| CVE-2025-8713 | 1 Postgresql | 1 Postgresql | 2026-04-15 | 3.1 Low |
| PostgreSQL optimizer statistics allow a user to read sampled data within a view that the user cannot access. Separately, statistics allow a user to read sampled data that a row security policy intended to hide. PostgreSQL maintains statistics for tables by sampling data available in columns; this data is consulted during the query planning process. Prior to this release, a user could craft a leaky operator that bypassed view access control lists (ACLs) and bypassed row security policies in partitioning or table inheritance hierarchies. Reachable statistics data notably included histograms and most-common-values lists. CVE-2017-7484 and CVE-2019-10130 intended to close this class of vulnerability, but this gap remained. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 are affected. | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: phy: qcom-qusb2: Fix NULL pointer dereference on early suspend Enabling runtime PM before attaching the QPHY instance as driver data can lead to a NULL pointer dereference in runtime PM callbacks that expect valid driver data. There is a small window where the suspend callback may run after PM runtime enabling and before runtime forbid. This causes a sporadic crash during boot: ``` Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000000000000a1 [...] CPU: 0 UID: 0 PID: 11 Comm: kworker/0:1 Not tainted 6.16.7+ #116 PREEMPT Workqueue: pm pm_runtime_work pstate: 20000005 (nzCv daif -PAN -UAO -TCO -DIT -SSBS BTYPE=--) pc : qusb2_phy_runtime_suspend+0x14/0x1e0 [phy_qcom_qusb2] lr : pm_generic_runtime_suspend+0x2c/0x44 [...] ``` Attach the QPHY instance as driver data before enabling runtime PM to prevent NULL pointer dereference in runtime PM callbacks. | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: zstd - fix double-free in per-CPU stream cleanup The crypto/zstd module has a double-free bug that occurs when multiple tfms are allocated and freed. The issue happens because zstd_streams (per-CPU contexts) are freed in zstd_exit() during every tfm destruction, rather than being managed at the module level. When multiple tfms exist, each tfm exit attempts to free the same shared per-CPU streams, resulting in a double-free. | CVE-2025-42615 | 1 Circl | 1 Vulnerability-lookup | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| In affected versions, vulnerability-lookup did not track or limit failed One-Time Password (OTP) attempts during Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification. An attacker who already knew or guessed a valid username and password could submit an arbitrary number of OTP codes without causing the account to be locked or generating any specific alert for administrators. This lack of rate-limiting and lockout on OTP failures significantly lowers the cost of online brute-force attacks against 2FA codes and increases the risk of successful account takeover, especially if OTP entropy is reduced (e.g. short numeric codes, user reuse, or predictable tokens). Additionally, administrators had no direct visibility into accounts experiencing repeated 2FA failures, making targeted attacks harder to detect and investigate. The patch introduces a persistent failed_otp_attempts counter on user accounts, locks the user after 5 invalid OTP submissions, resets the counter on successful verification, and surfaces failed 2FA attempts in the admin user list. This enforces an account lockout policy for OTP brute-force attempts and improves monitoring capabilities for suspicious 2FA activity. This issue affects Vulnerability-Lookup: before 2.18.0. | ||||

| CVE-2025-3426 | 1 Philips | 1 Intellispace Portal | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| We observed that Intellispace Portal binaries doesn’t have any protection mechanisms to prevent reverse engineering. Specifically, the app’s code is not obfuscated, and no measures are in place to protect against decompilation, disassembly, or debugging. As a result, attackers can reverse-engineer the application to gain insights into its internal workings, which can potentially lead to the discovery of sensitive information, business logic flaws, and other vulnerabilities. Utilizing this flaw, the attacker was able to identify the Hardcoded credentials from PortalUsersDatabase.dll, which contains .NET remoting definition. Inside the namespace PortalUsersDatabase, the class Users contains the functions CreateAdmin and CreateService that are used to initialize accounts in the Portal service. Both CreateAdmin and CreateService functions contain a hardcoded encrypted password along with its respective salt that are set with the function SetInitialPasswordAndSalt.
