| CVE-2026-53527 | 1 Perber | 1 Leafwiki | 2026-08-24 | 8.8 High |
| LeafWiki is a self-hosted wiki. Versions 0.1.0 through 0.10.0 have a privilege escalation vulnerability in the user update API. An authenticated user could update their own account role and escalate privileges from a regular user, such as `viewer`, to `admin`. Exploitation requires a valid authenticated LeafWiki user account. Instances without public registration and with only trusted users are at lower practical risk. Users should update to version 0.10.1 or greater. Until a patch is available, operators should restrict account creation and ensure that only trusted users have accounts on affected LeafWiki instances. If possible, access to the user update API should be restricted to trusted users or administrators only. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48105 | 1 Basekick-labs | 1 Arc | 2026-08-24 | N/A |
| Arc is an open, SQL-native time-series database for telemetry. Prior to version 26.06.1, Arc Enterprise's Raft FSM (`internal/cluster/raft/fsm.go:applyRegisterFile`) accepts attacker-chosen file paths in manifest-registration proposals without validating them against the configured storage backend. The only check is that the path is non-empty. There is no parent-traversal (`..`) rejection, no allowlist of legitimate prefixes, no scheme restriction (`s3://` vs local), and no length bound. This is fixed in 2026.06.1. Some workarounds are available. Restrict cluster network access to known-trusted peers via strict firewall rules, audit the cluster manifest for unexpected paths (any path not matching the configured storage backend root is suspect), and/or disable cluster mode until the fix is available. | ||||

| CVE-2026-16149 | 2 Marc4, Wordpress | 2 Security Hardener, Wordpress | 2026-08-24 | 8.8 High |
| The Security Hardener plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.4. The vulnerability exists because the plugin's user-enumeration protection, which is enabled by default, hooks the rest_endpoints filter via secure_user_endpoints() and overwrites every registered handler's permission_callback on both the /wp/v2/users and /wp/v2/users/(?P<id>[\d]+) routes — including POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE handlers — with a bare closure that returns only is_user_logged_in(), completely stripping WordPress Core's original capability checks such as create_users, promote_user, edit_users, and delete_users that WP_REST_Users_Controller normally enforces. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to create new Administrator accounts by sending POST request to /wp/v2/users with administrator role, or to reset an existing Administrator's password by issuing a PUT/POST request to /wp/v2/users/<id>. Because the block_user_enum option defaults to enabled, no special plugin configuration is required — the overwrite is active on every request as soon as the plugin is installed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13598 | 2026-08-24 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| The RestrictMate WordPress plugin before 1.3.0 does not restrict the user role supplied during account registration, allowing unauthenticated attackers to create a new administrator account and gain a logged-in administrator session, leading to full site takeover. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62385 | 1 Nltk | 1 Nltk | 2026-08-24 | 5.9 Medium |
| NLTK versions before 3.10.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in FramenetCorpusReader and NKJPCorpusReader that allows attackers to parse XML files outside the corpus root by supplying unsafe selectors or poisoned index state. Attackers can exploit frame_by_name, doc, lu, and header methods with crafted parameters to read arbitrary XML files accessible to the application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-8445 | 1 Emilstenstrom | 1 Justhtml | 2026-08-24 | 9.8 Critical |
| justhtml versions <= 1.11.0 (fixed in 1.12.0) do not sufficiently escape HTML-significant characters (angle brackets) in text nodes when converting a parsed document to Markdown via to_markdown(). While a small set of Markdown metacharacters are escaped, characters such as < and > are preserved, so untrusted input that is safe in to_html() — including entity-decoded text (e.g. <script>) or text from RCDATA/RAWTEXT-parsed elements like <title>, <textarea>, <noscript>, and <plaintext> — can be emitted as raw HTML in the Markdown output, enabling a sanitizer bypass and potential cross-site scripting when that output is rendered. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76400 | 1 Splunk | 2 Connect For Kafka, Splunk Connect For Kafka | 2026-08-24 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Splunk Connect for Kafka versions below 2.2.7, an unauthenticated user who can reach the Kafka Connect Representational State Transfer (REST) API and influence responses from a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) Event Collector endpoint in Splunk Enterprise could cause the connector to retry failed event batches until event delivery stops. The vulnerability is possible because HTTP Event Collector delivery retry handling uses an unbounded default for failed batches instead of a finite retry limit. For more information see Install Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/integrate-data-with-add-ons/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/install/install-splunk-connect-for-kafka), Data ingestion parameters for Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/integrate-data-with-add-ons/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/overview/data-ingestion-parameters-for-splunk-connect-for-kafka), and Set up and use HTTP Event Collector with configuration files (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-data-in/get-started-with-getting-data-in/9.4/get-data-with-http-event-collector/set-up-and-use-http-event-collector-with-configuration-files) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71906 | 1 Draytek | 12 Vigorap 1060c, Vigorap 1060c Firmware, Vigorap 903 and 9 more | 2026-08-24 | 7.2 High |
| Multiple DrayTek VigorAP models contain a command injection vulnerability in the setLan function. The vulnerability is caused by insufficient validation of the lanIp and lanNetmask fields before command execution. A remote attacker can trigger this vulnerability via crafted input to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. Exploitation requires valid administrative credentials for the device's web management interface. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76401 | 1 Splunk | 2 Connect For Kafka, Splunk Connect For Kafka | 2026-08-24 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Splunk Connect for Kafka versions below 2.2.7, an unauthenticated user who can reach the Kafka Connect Representational State Transfer (REST) API could configure timestamp extraction with a crafted regular expression and matching event data to block a Kafka Connect worker thread, stopping event delivery for the affected connector. The vulnerability is possible because timestamp extraction evaluates customer-supplied regular expressions without a time limit. For more information see Install Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/integrate-data-with-add-ons/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/install/install-splunk-connect-for-kafka) and Data ingestion parameters for Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/integrate-data-with-add-ons/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/overview/data-ingestion-parameters-for-splunk-connect-for-kafka) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76402 | 1 Splunk | 2 Connect For Kafka, Splunk Connect For Kafka | 2026-08-24 | 8.2 High |
| In Splunk Connect for Kafka versions below 2.2.7, an unauthenticated user who can reach the Kafka Connect Representational State Transfer (REST) API could configure a non-secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) Event Collector endpoint in Splunk Enterprise that causes the connector to send authentication credentials to an attacker-controlled server, allowing for exposure of credentials that compromise all relevant data sent through the connector and limited alteration of event delivery. The vulnerability is possible because HTTP Event Collector endpoint validation does not require secure transport by default. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76403 | 1 Splunk | 2 Connect For Kafka, Splunk Connect For Kafka | 2026-08-24 | 7.4 High |
| In Splunk Connect for Kafka versions below 2.2.7, an unauthenticated user positioned in the network path could read or alter all relevant data sent from the connector when Kerberos authentication is used with Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) Event Collector in Splunk Enterprise. The vulnerability is possible because the Kerberos authentication path does not apply the configured certificate validation options when it builds the HTTP client. For more information see Install Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/integrate-data-with-add-ons/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/install/install-splunk-connect-for-kafka), Security configurations for Splunk Connect for Kafka (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-data-in/splunk-connect-for-kafka/2.2/configure/security-configurations-for-splunk-connect-for-kafka), and Set up and use HTTP Event Collector with configuration files (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-data-in/get-started-with-getting-data-in/9.4/get-data-with-http-event-collector/set-up-and-use-http-event-collector-with-configuration-files) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||

| Multiple DrayTek VigorAP models contain a command injection vulnerability in the mesh_start_speed_test function. The vulnerability is caused by insufficient sanitization of the meshdevice_index and meshdevice_ip fields before command execution. A remote attacker can trigger this vulnerability via crafted input to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. Exploitation requires valid administrative credentials for the device's web management interface. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71911 | 1 Draytek | 12 Vigorap 1060c, Vigorap 1060c Firmware, Vigorap 903 and 9 more | 2026-08-24 | 7.2 High |
| Multiple DrayTek VigorAP models contain a buffer overflow vulnerability in the setLan function. The vulnerability is caused by missing length checks during memory copy operations involving the lanVlanId0, lanIp, and lanNetmask fields. A remote attacker can trigger this vulnerability via crafted input, causing a denial of service or potentially executing arbitrary commands. Exploitation requires valid administrative credentials for the device's web management interface. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76404 | 1 Splunk | 2 Model Context Protocol Server, Splunk Mcp Server App | 2026-08-24 | 9.1 Critical |
| In Splunk MCP Server app versions below 1.2.1, a user who holds the "admin" Splunk role could execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system. The vulnerability is possible because of missing input validation in the app's credential management component, which deserializes stored data without checking whether the content is of the expected type. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63621 | 1 Apache | 1 Camel | 2026-08-24 | N/A |
| Improper Input Validation, Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') vulnerability in Apache Camel Knative component The Knative consumer in camel-knative maps inbound CloudEvent attributes onto Camel message headers. In binary content mode the HTTP-header path filters Camel-internal headers through KnativeHttpHeaderFilterStrategy, but in structured content mode (Content-Type application/cloudevents+json) the CloudEvent extension fields are read directly from the JSON body and every extension key is copied into the Exchange headers without applying any HeaderFilterStrategy (CloudEventProcessors, spec versions 1.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2). As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can inject Camel-internal headers (e.g. CamelHttpUri, CamelHttpPath, CamelFileName) via a structured-mode CloudEvent request, matched case-insensitively against Camel's header map. When a route forwards messages from a Knative consumer to a header-driven component such as camel-http or camel-file, the injected headers override configured values, enabling server-side request forgery (SSRF), path traversal or message-dispatch redirection depending on the route. This is an incomplete fix of the inbound header filtering previously added for the binary content-mode path, and is the same pattern addressed in camel-cxf/camel-knative (CVE-2026-47323), camel-undertow (CVE-2025-30177), the broader incoming-header filter (CVE-2025-27636 and CVE-2025-29891), and the non-HTTP strategies (CVE-2026-40453). This issue affects Apache Camel: from 3.15.0 before 4.14.9, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.4, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.22.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.4. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.9. The non-LTS releases 4.15.0 through 4.17.0 and 4.19.0 through 4.21.0 are affected but do not receive a maintenance fix; users on those versions should upgrade to 4.18.4 or 4.22.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75099 | 1 Apache | 1 Allura | 2026-08-24 | 5.3 Medium |
| Unauthenticated REST disclosure of certain content items in Apache Allura. This issue affects Apache Allura: through 1.19.1. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.20.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
