CVE-2026-55163 1 Netflix 1 Lemur 2026-08-19 6.3 Medium
Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. Prior to 1.9.2, PUT /api/1/roles/ in lemur/roles/views.py:298 authorized updates with RoleMemberPermission(role_id), which allowed either an administrator or any existing member of the target role. The handler passed data["users"] and data["name"] to service.update, allowing a non-admin member to add or remove other users and rename the role. This enabled lateral privilege grants within roles that control certificate and authority access and could deny access by removing legitimate members. The DELETE handler already required admin_permission, confirming that the weaker PUT authorization was inconsistent. The fix applies the same administrator-only requirement to the PUT handler. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.2.
CVE-2026-54347 1 Froxlor 1 Froxlor 2026-08-19 8.7 High
Froxlor is open source server administration software. Prior to 2.3.8, DNS TXT record content accepted by lib/Froxlor/Api/Commands/DomainZones.php can contain HTML special characters, lib/Froxlor/UI/Callbacks/Text.php returns the content from Text::wordwrap without HTML escaping, and templates/Froxlor/table/table.html.twig renders the callback result with the raw filter. An authenticated customer with DNS editor access can store JavaScript-bearing content in a TXT record. When an administrator views the affected domain's DNS configuration, the payload executes automatically in the administrator's browser session, which can expose session data or perform privileged panel actions. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.8.
CVE-2026-53533 2026-08-19 N/A
aiosmtplib is an asynchronous SMTP client for use with asyncio. Prior to 5.1.1, SMTP.mail(), SMTP.rcpt(), SMTP.vrfy(), and SMTP.expn() send caller-supplied addresses without rejecting embedded CR or LF bytes. Data after the line break is framed as additional standalone SMTP command lines, allowing an attacker who influences an envelope sender or recipient to inject commands such as MAIL FROM, RCPT TO, RSET, DATA, or AUTH. SMTP.sendmail() and SMTP.send() without a Message object pass addresses through the affected methods, while SMTP.send_message() is not affected. Successful injection can desynchronize the command-response pipeline, hang the SMTP instance, or send an arbitrary message without requiring attacker control of the SMTP server. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.1.
CVE-2026-53457 2026-08-19 N/A
Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, the legacy stateless terminal command execution path in custom_components/blueprint_studio/backend/terminal_manager.py accepted a cwd working-directory parameter and checked only whether the directory existed, without requiring it to remain inside the Home Assistant configuration directory. An administrator using the restricted terminal helper could select an existing directory outside the intended configuration boundary. Commands could then access or modify host paths permitted by the Home Assistant container and filesystem permissions, weakening the helper's expected filesystem restriction. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2.
CVE-2026-53456 2026-08-19 N/A
Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, Blueprint Studio terminal SSH key authentication in custom_components/blueprint_studio/backend/terminal_manager.py wrote SSH private-key material to a file under the Home Assistant configuration directory before applying restrictive permissions and relied on best-effort cleanup. The key could temporarily remain on disk and could persist if cleanup failed or Home Assistant crashed. A user or process with filesystem access to the Home Assistant configuration directory could obtain the residual private key. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2.
CVE-2026-52877 1 Truelockmc 1 Streambert 2026-08-19 8.3 High
Streambert is a cross-platform Electron Desktop App to stream and download video content. Prior to version 2.6.0, the open-external IPC handler in src/ipc/downloads.js passes a renderer-supplied url directly to Electron's shell.openExternal without validating its protocol. A compromised renderer can submit file: URIs or operating-system-specific custom schemes, causing the host to open local files, access remote resources through registered handlers, or launch scripts and applications supported by those handlers. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0.
CVE-2026-52876 1 Truelockmc 1 Streambert 2026-08-19 8.8 High
Streambert is a cross-platform Electron Desktop App to stream and download video content. Prior to version 2.6.0, the open-path-at-time IPC handler in src/ipc/player.js accepts a renderer-controlled filePath without validating its type or location. If the mpv or VLC launch attempts are skipped or fail, the handler passes filePath to Electron's shell.openPath. A compromised renderer can provide the path of a local executable, script, shortcut, or other file with an executing default handler, causing the operating system to launch it with the privileges of the StreamBERT process and enabling escape from the renderer sandbox. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0.
CVE-2026-52854 2026-08-19 8.6 High
Maps is a MediaWiki extension that enables visualization of geographic data through dynamic embedded maps. Prior to version 12.1.3, the display_map parser function in the Leaflet service accepts attacker-controlled HTML in the overlays parameter, and resources/leaflet/jquery.leaflet.js uses the overlay name as a Leaflet layer-control label without escaping it. A wiki user with the edit permission can store malicious wikitext that causes script execution when another user previews or views the affected map. The script executes in the viewing user's browser session and can access data or perform actions available to that user. This issue is fixed in version 12.1.3.
CVE-2026-52817 1 Linuxfabrik 1 Monitoring-plugins 2026-08-19 N/A
Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins provides monitoring plugins for Icinga, Nagios, and related systems. Prior to version 5.1.0, the shipped assets/sudoers/Debian.sudoers policy allowed the nagios or icinga account to execute /usr/bin/apt-get as root without restricting its arguments. An attacker who already controls that monitoring account can supply the APT::Update::Pre-Invoke option to execute an arbitrary command while apt-get runs with root privileges, resulting in a root shell and complete compromise of the host. The vulnerable rule supports the check-plugins/deb-updates/deb-updates plugin, but it authorized arbitrary apt-get argument sequences rather than only the required apt-get update --quiet 2 command. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.0.
CVE-2026-52739 2026-08-19 5.9 Medium
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, a malicious block producer can terminate zebrad by placing the same shielded transaction in a non-finalized parent block and its child. In zebra-state/src/service/non_finalized_state/chain.rs, Chain::push originally inserted the transaction hash into tx_loc_by_hash and asserted uniqueness before updating shielded data and running the duplicate Sprout, Sapling, or Orchard nullifier checks. The repeated transaction therefore reached the transactions must be unique within a single chain assertion before contextual validation could reject it cleanly. Zebra release builds use panic equals abort, so the reachable assertion terminates the entire process; exploitation requires either two consecutive attacker-mined blocks or an attacker-mined child immediately after an honest block includes the attacker's shielded transaction. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0.
CVE-2026-52734 1 Zcashfoundation 1 Zebra 2026-08-19 5.3 Medium
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, an unauthenticated P2P peer can cause the mempool download pipeline to retain transactions after verification reaches the outer RATE_LIMIT_DELAY timeout. In zebrad/src/components/mempool/downloads.rs, Downloads::poll_next removed cancel_handles entries after success and ordinary verification errors, but tokio::time::error::Elapsed did not carry the UnminedTxId needed to remove the timed-out entry. Each retained cancel_handles entry could hold a full Gossip::Tx(UnminedTx), while normal mined-transaction cleanup could not match attacker transactions and no periodic garbage collection or count cap existed. Sustained traffic therefore caused monotonic memory growth until swap pressure degraded the node or the operating system terminated the zebrad process for exhausting memory. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0.
CVE-2026-50191 1 Rargames 1 4gaboards 2026-08-19 8.8 High
4gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management. Prior to 3.3.8, 4gaBoards is vulnerable to pre-account takeover when registrationEnabled, localRegistrationEnabled, and ssoRegistrationEnabled are enabled and Google, GitHub, Microsoft, or OIDC SSO is configured. The POST /api/register endpoint permits creation of an unverified local account with a victim's email address, and POST /api/access-tokens permits that account to authenticate while isVerified is false. During the victim's first SSO login, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-github-sso.js, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-google-sso.js, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-microsoft-sso.js, and server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-oidc-sso.js find the attacker-controlled account by email and link the verified SSO identity without confirming ownership of the local account. The attacker can retain local-password access to the linked account and obtain the victim's projects, data, and permissions. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.8.
CVE-2026-50167 2026-08-19 N/A
Kurrier is a modern, self-hosted workspace for email, calendar, contacts, and storage. Prior to 1.2.4, Kurrier API endpoints for listing and retrieving webhook and identity resources did not enforce ownership checks for authenticated API requests. An attacker with a valid API key could use another account's identifiers to read and enumerate webhook and identity resources belonging to that account through apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/webhooks/[id].get.ts, apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/webhooks/index.get.ts, apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/identities/[id].get.ts, and apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/identities/index.get.ts. Anonymous requests and invalid API keys were rejected, and cross-user modification operations were blocked, but affected GET and list operations could expose another user's resource metadata. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.4.
CVE-2026-50142 2026-08-19 7.5 High
libheif is a HEIF and AVIF file format decoder and encoder. From 1.19.0 until 1.23.0, a crafted HEIF sequence accepted by heif_context_read_from_memory() with the msf1 sequence brand can cause unbounded heap allocation. In libheif/sequences/seq_boxes.cc, Box_stsz::parse() applies max_sequence_frames only to variable-size samples, so fixed-size mode accepts an attacker-controlled sample_count without a bound. In libheif/sequences/track.cc, Track::load() also adds current_sample_idx and samples_per_chunk in 32-bit arithmetic, allowing the consistency check to be bypassed by wraparound. The resulting values reach the Chunk::Chunk() allocation path, which can consume gigabytes of memory and crash or stall the process through memory exhaustion. This issue is fixed in version 1.23.0.
CVE-2026-49441 1 Wazuh 1 Wazuh 2026-08-19 9.1 Critical
Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.3.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3, the non-merged branch of process_files_from_worker() in framework/wazuh/core/cluster/master.py trusts a peer-controlled file_path key from files_metadata.json. The destination is joined to WAZUH_PATH without proving that it remains inside the directory selected by cluster_item_key. A cluster peer holding the shared Fernet key can upload a crafted extra-valid archive and overwrite security-sensitive files such as /var/ossec/etc/ossec.conf. Replacing ossec.conf can configure root-executed commands and lead to code execution after a service reload. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3.
CVE-2026-49283 1 Simplesamlphp 1 Saml2 2026-08-19 8.7 High
The SimpleSAMLphp SAML2 library is a PHP library for SAML2 related functionality. Prior to versions 4.19.3, 4.20.2, 5.0.6, and 6.2.1, the HTTPArtifact::receive() flow can treat an unsigned embedded SAML Response as cryptographically valid for the wrong identity provider. SOAPClient::addSSLValidator() attaches a TLS-based validator to the outer SOAP ArtifactResponse, while the embedded Response receives a validator that delegates to the outer message and is later checked against metadata selected from the embedded response issuer rather than necessarily the artifact issuer. SOAPClient::validateSSL() returns normally when the TLS public key does not match the key being validated, and SAML2\Message::validate() treats a validator call that does not throw as successful. In a multi-IdP federation, a malicious or lower-trust IdP can therefore provide an ArtifactResponse containing an unsigned Response that claims a higher-trust victim IdP as issuer and authenticate as arbitrary users with attacker-chosen assertion attributes, NameID, and session data. This issue is fixed in versions 4.19.3, 4.20.2, 5.0.6, and 6.2.1.
CVE-2026-48796 1 Cefsharp 1 Cefsharp 2026-08-19 5.3 Medium
CefSharp provides .NET bindings for the Chromium Embedded Framework for Windows Forms and Windows Presentation Foundation applications. Prior to version 148.0.90, CefSharp/SchemeHandler/FolderSchemeHandlerFactory.cs used filePath.StartsWith(rootFolder, StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) to decide whether a decoded and canonicalized request path remained inside rootFolder. That raw prefix test did not enforce a directory boundary, so a request such as ..%2fwww2/secret.txt could escape a configured www directory into a sibling www2 directory whose path shared the same string prefix. Applications that register FolderSchemeHandlerFactory for a custom scheme or an HTTP or HTTPS scheme can therefore serve local files outside the intended root when an attacker can cause the embedded browser to request the crafted URL. The issue affects both Unix-style paths such as /tmp/app/www2 and Windows paths such as C:\app\www2, and the fix appends a directory separator to the normalized root before comparison while rejecting null bytes and alternate data stream syntax. This issue is fixed in version 148.0.90.
CVE-2026-48744 1 Saleor 1 Saleor 2026-08-19 6.5 Medium
Saleor is an e-commerce platform. From 3.14.67 until 3.21.67, 3.22.63, and 3.23.22, a broken authorization check in saleor/permission/utils.py can incorrectly authorize unauthenticated GraphQL requests. The flaw permits anonymous callers to use the channelUpdate() mutation to change channel order settings such as allowUnpaidOrders even when the response reports PermissionDenied. The same permission utility can expose hidden objects through the pageType() and translation() queries, including attributes whose visibleInStorefront field is false and that should be visible only to users with management permissions. This issue is fixed in versions 3.21.67, 3.22.63, and 3.23.22.
CVE-2026-45741 1 Gotenberg 1 Gotenberg 2026-08-19 7.5 High
Gotenberg is a Docker-powered stateless API for PDF files. In 8.32.0 and earlier, the IsPublicIP function in pkg/gotenberg/outbound.go does not reject the 2002::/16 6to4 prefix, the 64:ff9b::/96 and 64:ff9b:1::/48 NAT64 prefixes, the fec0::/10 deprecated site-local prefix, Teredo, and other transition prefixes that can embed or route to non-public IPv4 destinations. The addr.Unmap operation only handles IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, so a crafted DNS AAAA record can cause the outbound HTTP client to treat an address wrapping an internal destination such as 169.254.169.254 as public. An unauthenticated attacker can use a conversion route with WithDenyPrivateIPs enabled to reach cloud metadata services, and the Chromium URL conversion route can return the internal response as a PDF, potentially exposing cloud credentials. Exploitation requires a deployment whose host routes the relevant IPv6 prefix, such as a dual-stack or NAT64-enabled environment. This issue is fixed in version 8.33.0.
CVE-2026-44829 1 Gotenberg 1 Gotenberg 2026-08-19 8.8 High
Gotenberg is a Docker-powered stateless API for PDF files. In 8.32.0 and earlier, filename handling in pkg/modules/api/context.go uses filepath.Base on Linux, which does not treat backslashes as path separators, so a multipart filename containing Windows-style parent directory components survives sanitization. The original filename flows through ctx.diskToOriginal and the multi-output PDF routes into archives.FilesFromDisk and archives.Zip.Archive as the generated zip entry name. A remote attacker can submit a name such as ........\Windows\System32\evil.pdf through an upload or an upstream downloadFrom Content-Disposition header, and a Windows archive extractor can write the resulting file outside the intended extraction directory. The affected paths include /forms/pdfengines/split and other multi-output PDF, LibreOffice, and conversion routes, and exploitation can cause arbitrary file writes on a downstream Windows system when a user or process extracts the returned archive. This issue is fixed in version 8.33.0.
