| CVE-2026-18258 | 2 Escriptorium, Scripta | 2 Escriptorium, Escriptorium | 2026-08-18 | 8.8 High |
| Authorization bypass in the Line, LineTranscription, VirtualCollection, tag and process API endpoints in Scripta/eScriptorium through 26.04.1 allows a remote authenticated user to read, modify and delete other users' transcription content via primary keys supplied in the request body, which are queried against the global model manager instead of the request-scoped queryset | ||||
| CVE-2026-4984 | 1 Botpress | 1 Botpress | 2026-08-18 | 8.2 High |
| The Twilio integration webhook handler accepts any POST request without validating Twilio's 'X-Twilio-Signature'. When processing media messages, it fetches user-controlled URLs ('MediaUrlN' parameters) using HTTP requests that include the integration's Twilio credentials in the 'Authorization' header. An attacker can forge a webhook payload pointing to their own server and receive the victim's 'accountSID' and 'authToken' in plaintext (base64-encoded Basic Auth), leading to full compromise of the Twilio account. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75130 | 2026-08-18 | 9 Critical | ||
| Context7 through 2.1.2 contains a prompt injection vulnerability that allows attackers to execute malicious instructions in connected AI coding agents by injecting unsanitized content through the Custom AI Instructions feature served via the MCP server. Attackers can poison the custom instructions to exfiltrate credentials from environment files to an attacker-controlled service and perform destructive file deletion on the victim's machine when the agent makes a routine library documentation request. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50167 | 2026-08-18 | N/A | ||
| Kurrier is a modern, self-hosted workspace for email, calendar, contacts, and storage. Prior to 1.2.4, Kurrier API endpoints for listing and retrieving webhook and identity resources did not enforce ownership checks for authenticated API requests. An attacker with a valid API key could use another account's identifiers to read and enumerate webhook and identity resources belonging to that account through apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/webhooks/[id].get.ts, apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/webhooks/index.get.ts, apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/identities/[id].get.ts, and apps/worker/server/routes/api/kurrier/identities/index.get.ts. Anonymous requests and invalid API keys were rejected, and cross-user modification operations were blocked, but affected GET and list operations could expose another user's resource metadata. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45734 | 1 Mybb | 1 Mybb | 2026-08-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| MyBB is free and open source forum software. Prior to 1.8.40, the built-in CAPTCHA does not consistently enforce single-use semantics, allowing remote attackers to bypass CAPTCHA controls through challenge replay. The successful validation paths in contact.php, member.php?action=do_resendactivation, member.php?action=do_lostpw, member.php?action=do_emailuser, and sendthread.php?action=do_sendtofriend do not call captcha::invalidate_captcha() for the MyBB Default CAPTCHA selected by the captchaimage setting. A valid response can therefore be reused until a non-vulnerable endpoint invalidates it, an incorrect response is submitted, or the challenge expires. This issue is fixed in version 1.8.40. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45120 | 1 Mybb | 1 Mybb | 2026-08-18 | 5.4 Medium |
| MyBB is free and open source forum software. Prior to 1.8.40, the calendar module does not verify private event status consistently, allowing users with viewing and moderation permissions to access and moderate private events. The private-event check used by get_events() in inc/functions_calendar.php and the event action is missing from the remaining calendar.php actions, despite the limited-access behavior described in inc/languages/english/calendar.lang.php. This issue is fixed in version 1.8.40. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49226 | 1 Givanz | 1 Vvveb | 2026-08-18 | 8.3 High |
| Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.4, Vvveb backend post operations allow a low-privileged Author to access posts owned by another Author. The admin/controller/content/posts.php controller permits filter[admin_id] to replace the server-selected admin_id restriction and accepts a caller-controlled post_id for duplicate and delete actions, while admin/sql/sqlite/post.sql does not consistently enforce post.admin_id. An attacker can view post metadata, discover post identifiers, duplicate posts, or delete posts and related content, exposing private drafts and causing content pollution, data loss, or business disruption. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71477 | 1 Jdx | 1 Mise | 2026-08-18 | 6.7 Medium |
| mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.7.1, release tar archives record mise/bin/mise with user and group ID 1001 and packaging/standalone/install.envsubst extracts and moves it without normalizing ownership, allowing a local user with those IDs to replace a root-installed executable, especially when MISE_INSTALL_PATH targets a shared location such as /usr/local/bin. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73073 | 1 Vim | 1 Vim | 2026-08-18 | N/A |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to 9.2.0845, StructMembers() in runtime/autoload/ccomplete.vim constructs and executes a vimgrep command using an insufficiently escaped typeref: or typename: value from a tags file, allowing an unterminated collection followed by a command separator to execute arbitrary Ex and operating-system commands when a user invokes C omni-completion with CTRL-X CTRL-O on a member access whose type is resolved from that tags file. This issue is fixed in version 9.2.0845. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46482 | 1 Mybb | 1 Mybb | 2026-08-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| ### Impact The registration component does not validate the text-based _Security Question_ CAPTCHA correctly, allowing attackers to bypass the challenge via a specially crafted value. [CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N](https://www.first.org/cvss/calculator/3.1#CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N) ### Details The public _Registration_ workflow ([`member.php?action=do_register`](https://github.com/mybb/mybb/blob/mybb_1839/member.php#L262-L307)) accepts a hidden field `question_id` — expected to match the question session identifier (`mybb_questionsessions.sid`) — and validates the challenge answer without a fail-closed fallback for invalid identifiers. If the value is blank, forged, or expired, the request continues without a question-related error. ### Patches MyBB 1.8.(...) resolves this issue with the following changes: - Commit: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/commit/ - `.patch`: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/commit/.patch ### References - Release Notes: https://mybb.com/versions/1.8.(...)/ ### For more information Go to [mybb.com/security](https://mybb.com/security/) to report possible security concerns or to learn more about security research at MyBB. ### Contact The security team can be reached at [security@mybb.com](mailto:security@mybb.com). | ||||
| CVE-2026-49227 | 1 Givanz | 1 Vvveb | 2026-08-18 | 7.6 High |
| Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.4, Vvveb backend comment operations allow a low-privileged Author to manage comments under another Author's posts. The admin/controller/content/comment.php and admin/controller/content/comments.php controllers and the admin/sql/sqlite/comment.sql queries accept a caller-controlled comment_id without verifying comment.post_id against post.admin_id for the current admin_id. An attacker can read pending comment content and commenter email addresses, change moderation status, edit comment content, or delete comments, breaking author and moderation boundaries. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49222 | 1 Givanz | 1 Vvveb | 2026-08-18 | 7.6 High |
| Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.4, Vvveb backend product question operations allow a low-privileged Vendor to manage questions under another Vendor's products. The admin/sql/sqlite/product_question.sql queries accept a caller-controlled product_question_id and do not verify product_question.product_id against product.admin_id for the current admin_id. An attacker can read pending question content and moderation data, change question status, edit question content, or delete questions, manipulating product Q&A visibility and integrity. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49224 | 1 Givanz | 1 Vvveb | 2026-08-18 | 8.3 High |
| Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.4, Vvveb backend post revision operations allow a low-privileged Author to access revisions for posts owned by another Author. The admin/controller/content/revisions.php controller and admin/sql/sqlite/post_content_revision.sql queries trust caller-controlled post_id, language_id, and created_at values without consistently applying the current admin_id to revision lists, reads, restores, and deletes. An attacker can read historic post content, restore a revision over another Author's live post content, or delete revision records, exposing drafts, corrupting published content, and removing audit history. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5027 | 1 Langflow | 1 Langflow | 2026-08-18 | 8.8 High |
| The 'POST /api/v2/files' endpoint does not sanitize the 'filename' parameter from the multipart form data, allowing an attacker to write files to arbitrary locations on the filesystem using path traversal sequences ('../'). | ||||
| CVE-2026-65332 | 1 Apple | 2 Ios And Ipados, Macos | 2026-08-18 | 4.3 Medium |
| This issue was addressed through improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.6.1, iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.6.1 and iPadOS 26.6.1, macOS Tahoe 26.6.2. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected Safari crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64880 | 2 Linux, Tenable | 2 Linux Kernel, Security Center | 2026-08-18 | 7.1 High |
| Unsanitized user-supplied input in report filtering parameters is concatenated directly into SQL queries without proper escaping or parameterized queries, enabling blind SQL injection and unauthorized database read access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64879 | 2 Linux, Tenable | 2 Linux Kernel, Security Center | 2026-08-18 | 9.9 Critical |
| A filename supplied during file upload is not properly sanitized before being used in system command execution, allowing an attacker to inject shell metacharacters and achieve command injection via the audit file upload functionality. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9561 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Kura | 2026-08-18 | 8.2 High |
| Eclipse Kura versions prior to 5.6.2 trust the client-supplied X-Forwarded-For HTTP header as the authoritative source of the client IP address in audit log entries. The org.eclipse.kura.web2 (Web Console) and org.eclipse.kura.rest.provider (REST API) components use this header as the primary IP source when initializing audit context, and org.eclipse.kura.jetty.customizer unconditionally installs Jetty's ForwardedRequestCustomizer on all HTTP/HTTPS connectors, causing HttpServletRequest.getRemoteAddr() to reflect the attacker-controlled header value. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability to bypass IP-based brute-force protections — such as fail2ban — by spoofing the logged IP address to a non-routable value, allowing a brute-force attack to proceed undetected, or to cause a denial of service against a third party by injecting a victim's IP address and triggering a ban on that address. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64878 | 2 Linux, Tenable | 2 Linux Kernel, Security Center | 2026-08-18 | 9.9 Critical |
| Unvalidated input in asset filter parameters allows shell metacharacters to escape command argument handling, resulting in remote code execution as a low-privileged OS user via the Analysis REST endpoint. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53533 | 2026-08-18 | N/A | ||
| aiosmtplib is an asynchronous SMTP client for use with asyncio. Prior to 5.1.1, SMTP.mail(), SMTP.rcpt(), SMTP.vrfy(), and SMTP.expn() send caller-supplied addresses without rejecting embedded CR or LF bytes. Data after the line break is framed as additional standalone SMTP command lines, allowing an attacker who influences an envelope sender or recipient to inject commands such as MAIL FROM, RCPT TO, RSET, DATA, or AUTH. SMTP.sendmail() and SMTP.send() without a Message object pass addresses through the affected methods, while SMTP.send_message() is not affected. Successful injection can desynchronize the command-response pipeline, hang the SMTP instance, or send an arbitrary message without requiring attacker control of the SMTP server. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.1. | ||||
