CVE Vendors Products Updated CVSS v3.1
CVE-2026-17089 2 Netweblogic, Wordpress 2 Events Manager, Wordpress 2026-08-25 6.1 Medium
The Events Manager – Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more! plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'header_format' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.4.0.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The shortcode entry point sanitizes 'header_format' via wp_kses(), but the unauthenticated 'search_events_grouped' AJAX action bypasses this sanitization entirely, leaving the parameter unsanitized before it is echoed into the HTML body in output_grouped().
CVE-2026-12600 2026-08-25 N/A
Denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in the internal JPEG2000 (JPX) decoding implementation of the Poppler fork developed by Innodata Labs. When an application processes an untrusted PDF file containing specially crafted JPXDecode images, a remote attacker can cause uncontrolled memory consumption. The flaw occurs in the JPXStream::readCodestream() function, where values controlled from the SIZ segment (such as img.nComps) are used for the memory allocation of tiles and components without adequate validation. This allows an attacker to force excessive memory allocation and cause a resource exhaustion, ultimately causing the pdftoppm process to terminate due to out-of-memory (OOM) conditions.
CVE-2026-12143 2 Form-data, Redhat 2 Form-data, Service Mesh 2026-08-25 7.5 High
form-data is a library for creating readable multipart/form-data streams. In versions through 4.0.5, the `field` argument to `FormData#append` and the `filename` option are concatenated verbatim into the `Content-Disposition` header without escaping carriage return (CR), line feed (LF), or double-quote (") characters. An application that passes attacker-controlled data as a field name or filename (for example, an API gateway that turns JSON object keys into multipart field names) allows the attacker to terminate the header line and inject additional headers, or to smuggle entire additional multipart parts, into the request the application forwards to a backend. This can let the attacker add or override form fields (e.g. set `is_admin=true`) seen by the downstream parser. This is an instance of CWE-93 (CRLF injection). The fix escapes CR, LF, and `"` as `%0D`, `%0A`, and `%22` in field names and filenames, matching the serialization browsers use per the WHATWG HTML multipart/form-data encoding algorithm. Exploitation requires the consuming application to use untrusted input as a field name or filename; applications that use only fixed/trusted field names are not affected. Fixed in 2.5.6, 3.0.5, and 4.0.6.
CVE-2025-9878 2 Buildwps, Wordpress 2 Ppwp – Password Protect Pages, Wordpress 2026-08-25 6.4 Medium
The PPWP – Password Protect WordPress | #1 Most-Reviewed Password Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'ppwp' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.21 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
CVE-2025-69223 3 Aio-libs, Aio-libs Project, Aiohttp 4 Aiohttp Session, Aiohttp, Aio-libs and 1 more 2026-08-25 7.5 High
AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Versions 3.13.2 and below allow a zip bomb to be used to execute a DoS against the AIOHTTP server. An attacker may be able to send a compressed request that when decompressed by AIOHTTP could exhaust the host's memory. This issue is fixed in version 3.13.3.
CVE-2025-62718 1 Axios 1 Axios 2026-08-25 9.9 Critical
Axios is a promise based HTTP client for the browser and Node.js. Prior to 1.15.0 and 0.31.0, Axios does not correctly handle hostname normalization when checking NO_PROXY rules. Requests to loopback addresses like localhost. (with a trailing dot) or [::1] (IPv6 literal) skip NO_PROXY matching and go through the configured proxy. This goes against what developers expect and lets attackers force requests through a proxy, even if NO_PROXY is set up to protect loopback or internal services. This issue leads to the possibility of proxy bypass and SSRF vulnerabilities allowing attackers to reach sensitive loopback or internal services despite the configured protections. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.15.0 and 0.31.0.
CVE-2025-54518 1 Amd 11 Epyc 7002 Series Processors, Epyc Embedded 7002 Series Processors, Ryzen 3000 Series Desktop Processors and 8 more 2026-08-25 7.0 High
Improper isolation of shared resources within the CPU operation cache on Zen 2-based products could allow an attacker to corrupt instructions executed at a different privilege level, potentially resulting in privilege escalation.
CVE-2026-79666 2 Ech0, Lin-snow 2 Ech0, Ech0 2026-08-25 6.5 Medium
Ech0 before 4.4.3 fails to enforce administrator authorization on dashboard log endpoints, allowing any authenticated user to access system logs. Attackers with valid user sessions can query GET /api/system/logs and subscribe to SSE and WebSocket log streams to retrieve sensitive operational data including file paths, stack traces, and internal URLs.
CVE-2026-79670 2 Ech0, Lin-snow 2 Ech0, Ech0 2026-08-25 4.8 Medium
Ech0 before 4.4.3 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the file upload endpoint that validates Content-Type using only client-supplied headers without server-side inspection. Attackers with admin privileges can upload SVG or HTML files containing JavaScript that executes in the application origin when accessed by any user, enabling session hijacking and data exfiltration.
CVE-2026-79622 1 Dekdee 1 Adobe-xd-mcp 2026-08-25 7.3 High
A weakness has been identified in dekdee adobe-xd-mcp 1.0.0. Impacted is an unknown function of the file src/parsers/xd-parser.ts of the component file-access-from-request Endpoint. Executing a manipulation of the argument outputFile/outputDir can lead to path traversal. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-17042 1 Ibm 21 Power Hardware Management Console \(7063-cr2\), Power Hardware Management Console \(7063-cr2\) Firmware, Power System Ac922 \(8335-gth\) and 18 more 2026-08-25 7.3 High
IBM Power Systems Firmware FW950.00 through FW950.H2, OP940.00 through OP940.a1 (Power9), and OP940.00 - OP940.81 (Power HMC) is affected by a vulnerability in host firmware NVRAM parsing. An attacker with root access to a guest partition on an OpenPOWER system can write a specially crafted NVRAM image, causing the host firmware boot stage to crash with possible memory corruption. This condition persists until operator intervention — clearing NVRAM via the service processor — to restore normal operation. This vulnerability only affects OpenPOWER systems; systems running PowerVM are not affected. Successful exploitation results in an integrity and availability impact to the managed system.
CVE-2026-78581 2026-08-25 4.2 Medium
Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Kibana can lead to unauthorized data modification via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). Under certain conditions, an authenticated user could reference another user's AI Assistant conversation identifier to access or modify a conversation they do not own. Successful exploitation requires knowledge of a hard-to-guess identifier.
CVE-2026-19657 1 Scada-lts 1 Scada-lts 2026-08-25 6.1 Medium
ScadaLTS 2.7.8.1 reflects user-supplied input into an HTML response without sanitization. An unauthenticated attacker who lures a victim into visiting a crafted URL can execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser session.
CVE-2026-75803 2026-08-25 N/A
Issue summary: ChaCha20-Poly1305 and AES-OCB decryption with an empty ciphertext can report success without verifying the supplied authentication tag when the operation is finalized by calling the EVP_Cipher() function. Impact summary: Applications calling EVP_Cipher() on an empty ciphertext and expecting the call to check the AEAD tag may accept forged messages. CWE: CWE-354 (Improper Validation of Integrity Check Value) Description: The EVP_Cipher() API call for AEAD ciphers behaves like a one shot encryption and decryption call. It also verifies the AEAD tag after the decryption operation. However for AES-OCB and ChaCha20-Poly1305 ciphers it skipped the AEAD tag verification when an empty ciphertext was passed to the function. The callers of this function might believe that a successful return indicates a valid AEAD tag for these ciphers, even when that has not truly been validated in this case. FIPS impact: no The FIPS modules in 4.0, 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, and 3.0 are not affected by this CVE as the affected algorithms are not FIPS approved and thus not implemented in the FIPS module.
CVE-2026-53561 1 Apache 1 Hive 2026-08-25 N/A
An improper authentication vulnerability in HiveServer2 SAML bearer-token validation in Apache Hive 4.0.0 through 4.2.0 (and later unreleased branches) on deployments using HTTP transport with hive.server2.authentication=SAML allows an unauthenticated network attacker to authenticate as an arbitrary Hive user and obtain an authenticated HiveServer2 session via a forged Authorization: Bearer token sent to the /cliservice HTTP endpoint. Users are recommended to upgrade to 4.2.1 version that includes the fix for this issue. Access / authorization required: No Hive credentials, SAML IdP login, or knowledge of the server signing secret is required. The attacker only needs network reachability to the HiveServer2 HTTP port (typically /cliservice), directly or through a reverse proxy such as Apache Knox that forwards unauthenticated requests to HS2. The instance must have SAML authentication enabled in HTTP mode. Deployments where Knox handles SSO and HiveServer2 uses LDAP/Kerberos (not native SAML mode) are not affected by this specific issue.
CVE-2026-75908 2 Contrid, Wordpress 2 Newsletters, Wordpress 2026-08-25 4.3 Medium
The Newsletters plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.17. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to send arbitrary newsletter emails to users of any WordPress role, including administrators, by forging POST fields during a normal post submission. This allows an attacker-supplied role slug via the newsletters_mailinglistsroles POST field to be passed directly to get_users(), enabling unauthorized mass-mailing and potential phishing against privileged site users through the site's own outbound email channel.
CVE-2026-79660 2 Ech0, Lin-snow 2 Ech0, Ech0 2026-08-25 5.3 Medium
Ech0 versions before 4.7.3 expose guest commenter email addresses through public API endpoints due to improper JSON serialization tags on the Comment model. Unauthenticated attackers can harvest all commenter emails by calling the /api/comments and /api/comments/public endpoints without authentication.
CVE-2026-63076 2026-08-25 N/A
Issue summary: OpenSSL CMP password based protection verification only checks whether the protectionAlg parameter was not NULL and not its ASN.1 type, before treating it as a PBMParameter. A crafted message can contain a parameter of a different type, which is then dereferenced as an invalid pointer. Impact summary: A remote, unauthenticated attacker can crash an application acting as a CMP server that accepts PBM-protected messages, or a CMP client talking to a malicious or intercepted CMP server, resulting in a Denial of Service. CWE: CWE-476: NULL Pointer Dereference Description: When verifying the password-based MAC protection of a CMP message, OpenSSL library reads the protectionAlg algorithm parameter with X509_ALGOR_get0(), which returns both the parameter type and its value pointer. The value is then cast to an ASN1_STRING and treated as the expected PBMParameter after only checking that pointer is not NULL. The parameter type returned by X509_ALGOR_get0() was never consulted. This happens during protection verification, before any MAC is computed, so no knowledge of the PBM shared secret is required; the only precondition is that PBM verification is reachable. On the server side this is reached from OSSL_CMP_SRV_process_request() for any application that stands up a CMP server accepting PBM-protected messages, and on the client side from CMP response validation against a malicious or on-path (MITM) server. The reliable consequence is a denial of service; there is no memory disclosure, no controlled memory write, and no path to code execution. CMP is a specialized feature that an application must explicitly enable. FIPS impact: no As the CMP code lives outside the FIPS module boundary, no FIPS modules are affected by this CVE.
CVE-2026-79406 1 Macrozheng 1 Mall 2026-08-25 4.3 Medium
A security vulnerability has been detected in macrozheng mall up to 1.0.3. Affected is the function OmsCartItemServiceImpl.updateQuantity of the file /cart/update/quantity. The manipulation of the argument quantity leads to business logic errors. The attack may be initiated remotely. The vendor deleted the GitHub issue for this vulnerability without any explanation.
CVE-2026-63075 2026-08-25 N/A
Issue summary: When OpenSSL processes QUIC traffic from a peer that repeatedly sends ack-eliciting packets while not acknowledging ACK-only responses, the QUIC stack can retain ACK-only packet metadata for the lifetime of the connection. Impact summary: A remote peer that can complete a QUIC handshake can cause connection-scoped memory growth which may lead to Denial of Service through memory exhaustion, especially with sustained traffic or many concurrent QUIC connections. CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: When the OpenSSL QUIC stack sends an ACK-only packet, there is no requirement by the QUIC protocol that the peer will acknowledge that ACK-only packet (i.e. it is itself not ack-eliciting). However, the OpenSSL implementation stores the metadata about the ACK frames regardless. In and of itself that's ok, but if a malicious peer establishes a connection, and then drives the connection such that ACK-only packets are forced from the OpenSSL implementation peer (i.e., by sending numerous PING frames), and then withholding any subsequent acks for ack-eliciting data, like legitimate data, said malicious peer can force inappropriate memory growth on the OpenSSL peer, potentially leading to a Denial of Service. The fix is to ensure that we account for the transmission of the ACK-only packet in the packet histories high and low watermark without actually storing the ACK-only packet metadata itself. FIPS impact: no The OpenSSL FIPS module is not affected as the QUIC code is outside the FIPS module boundary.
