CVE-2026-40132 1 Sap Se 1 Sap Strategic Enterprise Management (bsp Application Balanced Scorecard Wizard) 2026-05-12 5.4 Medium
Due to missing authorization check in SAP Strategic Enterprise Management (Scorecard Wizard in Business Server Pages), an authenticated attacker could access information that they are otherwise unauthorized to view. This vulnerability also enables the attacker to change the default settings and modify value fields, which will mislead risk evaluations and falsely lower assessed risk levels. This results in a low impact on the confidentiality and integrity of the data. There is no impact on the applications availability.
CVE-2026-40134 1 Sap Se 1 Sap Incentive And Commission Management 2026-05-12 4.3 Medium
Due to insufficient authorization checks in the SAP Incentive and Commission Management application, authenticated users could invoke a remote-enabled function module to perform table update operations. This vulnerability has a low impact on integrity with no impact on confidentiality and availability of the application.
CVE-2026-40131 1 Sap Se 1 Sap Hana Deployment Infrastructure (hdi) Deploy Library 2026-05-12 3.4 Low
SQL injection vulnerability exists in @sap/hdi-deploy package, where SQL queries are dynamically constructed using user input without proper parameterization or prepared statements. Successful exploitation could allow the high privileged users to alter the SELECT statements impacting confidentiality and availability of the application. There is no impact on integrity.
CVE-2026-34260 1 Sap Se 1 Sap S/4hana (sap Enterprise Search For Abap) 2026-05-12 9.6 Critical
SAP S/4HANA (SAP Enterprise Search for ABAP) contains a SQL injection vulnerability that allows an authenticated attacker to inject malicious SQL statements through user-controlled input. The application directly concatenates this malicious user input into SQL queries, which are then passed to the underlying database without proper validation or sanitization. Upon successful exploitation, an attacker may gain unauthorized access to sensitive database information and could potentially crash the application. This vulnerability has a high impact on the confidentiality and availability of the application, while integrity remains unaffected.
CVE-2026-43893 1 Photostructure 1 Exiftool-vendored.js 2026-05-12 8.2 High
exiftool-vendored provides cross-platform Node.js access to ExifTool. Prior to 35.19.0, exiftool-vendored starts ExifTool in -stay_open True -@ - mode, where arguments are read from stdin one per line. In affected versions, several caller-supplied strings were interpolated into ExifTool arguments without rejecting line delimiters. A newline or carriage return inside one of those strings could split a single intended argument into multiple ExifTool arguments, allowing argument injection. The fix also rejects NUL bytes as unsafe control characters. Applications that pass attacker-controlled strings to affected APIs may allow an attacker to make ExifTool read files accessible to the ExifTool process, or write output to attacker-chosen file system paths accessible to that process. No remote code execution has been demonstrated. This vulnerability is fixed in 35.19.0.

CVE-2024-49938 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath9k_htc: Use __skb_set_length() for resetting urb before resubmit Syzbot points out that skb_trim() has a sanity check on the existing length of the skb, which can be uninitialised in some error paths. The intent here is clearly just to reset the length to zero before resubmitting, so switch to calling __skb_set_length(skb, 0) directly. In addition, __skb_set_length() already contains a call to skb_reset_tail_pointer(), so remove the redundant call. The syzbot report came from ath9k_hif_usb_reg_in_cb(), but there's a similar usage of skb_trim() in ath9k_hif_usb_rx_cb(), change both while we're at it.
CVE-2024-47709 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: bcm: Clear bo->bcm_proc_read after remove_proc_entry(). syzbot reported a warning in bcm_release(). [0] The blamed change fixed another warning that is triggered when connect() is issued again for a socket whose connect()ed device has been unregistered. However, if the socket is just close()d without the 2nd connect(), the remaining bo->bcm_proc_read triggers unnecessary remove_proc_entry() in bcm_release(). Let's clear bo->bcm_proc_read after remove_proc_entry() in bcm_notify(). CVE-2024-43828 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: fix infinite loop when replaying fast_commit When doing fast_commit replay an infinite loop may occur due to an uninitialized extent_status struct. ext4_ext_determine_insert_hole() does not detect the replay and calls ext4_es_find_extent_range(), which will return immediately without initializing the 'es' variable. Because 'es' contains garbage, an integer overflow may happen causing an infinite loop in this function, easily reproducible using fstest generic/039. This commit fixes this issue by unconditionally initializing the structure in function ext4_es_find_extent_range(). Thanks to Zhang Yi, for figuring out the real problem!
CVE-2024-42090 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-05-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pinctrl: fix deadlock in create_pinctrl() when handling -EPROBE_DEFER In create_pinctrl(), pinctrl_maps_mutex is acquired before calling add_setting(). If add_setting() returns -EPROBE_DEFER, create_pinctrl() calls pinctrl_free(). However, pinctrl_free() attempts to acquire pinctrl_maps_mutex, which is already held by create_pinctrl(), leading to a potential deadlock. This patch resolves the issue by releasing pinctrl_maps_mutex before calling pinctrl_free(), preventing the deadlock. This bug was discovered and resolved using Coverity Static Analysis Security Testing (SAST) by Synopsys, Inc.

CVE-2024-40912 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: Fix deadlock in ieee80211_sta_ps_deliver_wakeup() The ieee80211_sta_ps_deliver_wakeup() function takes sta->ps_lock to synchronizes with ieee80211_tx_h_unicast_ps_buf() which is called from softirq context. However using only spin_lock() to get sta->ps_lock in ieee80211_sta_ps_deliver_wakeup() does not prevent softirq to execute on this same CPU, to run ieee80211_tx_h_unicast_ps_buf() and try to take this same lock ending in deadlock. CVE-2024-35982 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-12 5.1 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: batman-adv: Avoid infinite loop trying to resize local TT If the MTU of one of an attached interface becomes too small to transmit the local translation table then it must be resized to fit inside all fragments (when enabled) or a single packet. But if the MTU becomes too low to transmit even the header + the VLAN specific part then the resizing of the local TT will never succeed. This can for example happen when the usable space is 110 bytes and 11 VLANs are on top of batman-adv. In this case, at least 116 byte would be needed. There will just be an endless spam of batman_adv: batadv0: Forced to purge local tt entries to fit new maximum fragment MTU (110) in the log but the function will never finish. Problem here is that the timeout will be halved all the time and will then stagnate at 0 and therefore never be able to reduce the table even more. There are other scenarios possible with a similar result. The number of BATADV_TT_CLIENT_NOPURGE entries in the local TT can for example be too high to fit inside a packet. Such a scenario can therefore happen also with only a single VLAN + 7 non-purgable addresses - requiring at least 120 bytes. While this should be handled proactively when: * interface with too low MTU is added * VLAN is added * non-purgeable local mac is added * MTU of an attached interface is reduced * fragmentation setting gets disabled (which most likely requires dropping attached interfaces) not all of these scenarios can be prevented because batman-adv is only consuming events without the the possibility to prevent these actions (non-purgable MAC address added, MTU of an attached interface is reduced). It is therefore necessary to also make sure that the code is able to handle also the situations when there were already incompatible system configuration are present.
