CVE-2026-13213 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-08-24 5.3 Medium
The Hearing Access Service (HAS) GATT server in subsys/bluetooth/audio/has.c installs a connection-callback set unconditionally via BT_CONN_CB_DEFINE, so security_changed() runs for every connection that establishes security even before the application has called bt_has_register(). The service attribute pointers hearing_aid_features_attr, preset_control_point_attr, and active_preset_index_attr remain NULL until bt_has_register() resolves them and sets has.registered. With CONFIG_BT_SETTINGS, settings_set_cb() restores each bonded client's persisted context at boot and unconditionally sets context->flags to BONDED_CLIENT_INIT_FLAGS (non-zero). When a previously bonded peer reconnects and re-establishes security during the startup window before bt_has_register() has been called, security_changed() sees the non-zero flags and schedules notify_work_handler, which calls bt_gatt_is_subscribed() with a still-NULL attribute pointer. That triggers an assertion (__ASSERT(attr, ...) in bt_gatt_is_subscribed()), or a NULL dereference of attr->uuid when assertions are compiled out. The result is a remotely triggerable (Bluetooth, adjacent) crash of the HAS peripheral. Exploitation requires the peer to have previously bonded with the device and to reconnect within the boot-time race window before the application registers the service; a peer that reconnects persistently can prolong the outage. Impact is denial of service only, with no memory corruption or information disclosure. The fix adds an early if (!has.registered) { return; } guard in security_changed(), so no notification work is scheduled until the GATT service is registered and its attribute pointers are valid.

CVE-2026-76405 1 Splunk 2 On-call, Splunk On-call (victorops) 2026-08-24 4.3 Medium
In Splunk On-Call (VictorOps) app versions below 1.0.43 on Splunkbase, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could read a partially masked Application Programming Interface (API) key from the App Key Value Store (KV Store). The exposure is possible because the Splunk On-Call (VictorOps) app does not fully mask the API key before storing it in a KV Store collection that the user can read. For more information see About the app key value store (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/splunk-enterprise-admin-manual/9.2/administer-the-app-key-value-store/about-the-app-key-value-store) in the Splunk documentation.
CVE-2019-1895 1 Cisco 1 Enterprise Nfv Infrastructure Software 2026-08-24 9.8 Critical
A vulnerability in the Virtual Network Computing (VNC) console implementation of Cisco Enterprise NFV Infrastructure Software (NFVIS) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to access the VNC console session of an administrative user on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to an insufficient authentication mechanism used to establish a VNC session. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by intercepting an administrator VNC session request prior to login. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to watch the administrator console session or interact with it, allowing admin access to the affected device.

A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Enterprise NFV Infrastructure Software (NFVIS) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass authentication and get limited access to the web-based management interface. The vulnerability is due to an incorrect implementation of authentication in the web-based management interface. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted authentication request to the web-based management interface on an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to view limited configuration details and potentially upload a virtual machine image.
CVE-2019-1952 1 Cisco 1 Enterprise Nfv Infrastructure Software 2026-08-24 6.7 Medium
A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco Enterprise NFV Infrastructure Software (NFVIS) could allow an authenticated, local attacker to overwrite or read arbitrary files. The attacker would need valid administrator privilege-level credentials. This vulnerability is due to improper input validation of CLI command arguments. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by using directory traversal techniques when executing a vulnerable command. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite or read arbitrary files on an affected device.
CVE-2019-1953 1 Cisco 1 Enterprise Nfv Infrastructure Software 2026-08-24 6.5 Medium
A vulnerability in the web portal of Cisco Enterprise NFV Infrastructure Software (NFVIS) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to view a password in clear text. The vulnerability is due to incorrectly logging the admin password when a user is forced to modify the default password when logging in to the web portal for the first time. Subsequent password changes are not logged and other accounts are not affected. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by viewing the admin clear text password and using it to access the affected system. The attacker would need a valid user account to exploit this vulnerability.
