CVE-2024-45751 2026-04-15 5.9 Medium
tgt (aka Linux target framework) before 1.0.93 attempts to achieve entropy by calling rand without srand. The PRNG seed is always 1, and thus the sequence of challenges is always identical.
CVE-2024-53522 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Bangkok Medical Software HOSxP XE v4.64.11.3 was discovered to contain a hardcoded IDEA Key-IV pair in the HOSxPXE4.exe and HOS-WIN32.INI components. This allows attackers to access sensitive information.
CVE-2025-26379 1 Johnsoncontrols 5 Iq Panels2, Iq Panels2+, Iqhub and 2 more 2026-04-15 N/A
Use of a weak pseudo-random number generator, which may allow an attacker to read or inject encrypted PowerG packets.
CVE-2025-10671 2026-04-15 3.7 Low
A vulnerability has been found in youth-is-as-pale-as-poetry e-learning 1.0. Impacted is the function encryptSecret of the file e-learning-master\exam-api\src\main\java\com\yf\exam\ability\shiro\jwt\JwtUtils.java of the component JWT Token Handler. The manipulation leads to insufficiently random values. The attack can be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is considered difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
CVE-2025-3495 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
Delta Electronics COMMGR v1 and v2 uses insufficiently randomized values to generate session IDs (CWE-338). An attacker could easily brute force a session ID and load and execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2025-3895 1 Jan Syski 1 Megabip 2026-04-15 N/A
Token used for resetting passwords in MegaBIP software are generated using a small space of random values combined with a queryable value. It allows an unauthenticated attacker who know user login names to brute force these tokens and change account passwords (including these belonging to administrators).  Version 5.20 of MegaBIP fixes this issue.
CVE-2024-55566 2026-04-15 6.6 Medium
ColPack 1.0.10 through 9a7293a has a predictable temporary file (located under /tmp with a name derived from an unseeded RNG). The impact can be overwriting files or making ColPack graphing unavailable to other users.
CVE-2025-2814 2026-04-15 4 Medium
Crypt::CBC versions between 1.21 and 3.05 for Perl may use the rand() function as the default source of entropy, which is not cryptographically secure, for cryptographic functions. This issue affects operating systems where "/dev/urandom'" is unavailable.  In that case, Crypt::CBC will fallback to use the insecure rand() function.
CVE-2020-36925 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
Arteco Web Client DVR/NVR contains a session hijacking vulnerability with insufficient session ID complexity that allows remote attackers to bypass authentication. Attackers can brute force session IDs within a specific numeric range to obtain valid sessions and access live camera streams without authorization.
CVE-2024-56370 2026-04-15 6.5 Medium
Net::Xero 0.044 and earlier for Perl uses the rand() function as the default source of entropy, which is not cryptographically secure, for cryptographic functions. Specifically Net::Xero uses the Data::Random library which specifically states that it is "Useful mostly for test programs". Data::Random uses the rand() function.
CVE-2025-7783 2026-04-15 5.4 Medium
Use of Insufficiently Random Values vulnerability in form-data allows HTTP Parameter Pollution (HPP). This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/form_data.Js. This issue affects form-data: < 2.5.4, 3.0.0 - 3.0.3, 4.0.0 - 4.0.3.
CVE-2025-7770 1 Tigo Energy 1 Cloud Connect Advanced 2026-04-15 N/A
Tigo Energy's CCA device is vulnerable to insecure session ID generation in their remote API. The session IDs are generated using a predictable method based on the current timestamp, allowing attackers to recreate valid session IDs. When combined with the ability to circumvent session ID requirements for certain commands, this enables unauthorized access to sensitive device functions on connected solar optimization systems.
CVE-2024-12432 2 Wordpress, Wpclever 2 Wordpress, Wpc Shop As A Customer For Woocommerce 2026-04-15 8.1 High
The WPC Shop as a Customer for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to account takeover and privilege escalation in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.8. This is due to the 'generate_key' function not producing a sufficiently random value. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to log in as site administrators, granted they have triggered the ajax_login() function which generates a unique key that can be used to log in.
CVE-2018-25107 2026-04-15 7.5 High
The Crypt::Random::Source package before 0.13 for Perl has a fallback to the built-in rand() function, which is not a secure source of random bits.
CVE-2002-20002 2026-04-15 5.4 Medium
The Net::EasyTCP package before 0.15 for Perl always uses Perl's builtin rand(), which is not a strong random number generator, for cryptographic keys.
CVE-2024-4185 1 Wpfactory 1 Customer Email Verification For Woocommerce 2026-04-15 8.1 High
The Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Email Verification and Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.4 via the use of insufficiently random activation code. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass the email verification, and if both the "Login the user automatically after the account is verified" and "Verify account for current users" options are checked, then it potentially makes it possible for attackers to bypass authentication for other users.
CVE-2025-62626 1 Amd 1 Ryzen 9000hx 2026-04-15 N/A
Improper handling of insufficient entropy in the AMD CPUs could allow a local attacker to influence the values returned by the RDSEED instruction, potentially resulting in the consumption of insufficiently random values.
CVE-2025-40916 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
Mojolicious::Plugin::CaptchaPNG version 1.05 for Perl uses a weak random number source for generating the captcha. That version uses the built-in rand() function for generating the captcha text as well as image noise, which is insecure.
CVE-2025-22150 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift Ai, Rhdh 2026-04-15 6.8 Medium
Undici is an HTTP/1.1 client. Starting in version 4.5.0 and prior to versions 5.28.5, 6.21.1, and 7.2.3, undici uses `Math.random()` to choose the boundary for a multipart/form-data request. It is known that the output of `Math.random()` can be predicted if several of its generated values are known. If there is a mechanism in an app that sends multipart requests to an attacker-controlled website, they can use this to leak the necessary values. Therefore, an attacker can tamper with the requests going to the backend APIs if certain conditions are met. This is fixed in versions 5.28.5, 6.21.1, and 7.2.3. As a workaround, do not issue multipart requests to attacker controlled servers.
CVE-2024-9055 2026-04-15 4.2 Medium
The DPA countermeasures on Silicon Labs' Series 2 devices are not reseeded periodically as they should be. This may allow an attacker to eventually extract secret keys through a DPA attack.
