CVSS v3.1 |
| Volto is a React based frontend for the Plone Content Management System. In versions from 19.0.0-alpha.1 to before 19.0.0-alpha.4, 18.0.0 to before 18.24.0, 17.0.0 to before 17.22.1, and prior to 16.34.0, an anonymous user could cause the NodeJS server part of Volto to quit with an error when visiting a specific URL. The problem has been patched in versions 16.34.0, 17.22.1, 18.24.0, and 19.0.0-alpha.4. To mitigate downtime, have setup automatically restart processes that quit with an error. |
| xz is a pure golang package for reading and writing xz-compressed files. Prior to version 0.5.14, it is possible to put data in front of an LZMA-encoded byte stream without detecting the situation while reading the header. This can lead to increased memory consumption because the current implementation allocates the full decoding buffer directly after reading the header. The LZMA header doesn't include a magic number or has a checksum to detect such an issue according to the specification. Note that the code recognizes the issue later while reading the stream, but at this time the memory allocation has already been done. This issue has been patched in version 0.5.14. |
| Valtimo is a platform for Business Process Automation. In versions before 12.16.0.RELEASE, and from 13.0.0.RELEASE to before 13.1.2.RELEASE, any admin that can create or modify and execute process-definitions could gain access to sensitive data or resources. This includes but is not limited to: running executables on the application host, inspecting and extracting data from the host environment or application properties, spring beans (application context, database pooling). The following conditions have to be met in order to perform this attack: the user must be logged in, have the admin role, and must have some knowledge about running scripts via a the Camunda/Operator engine. Version 12.16.0 and 13.1.2 have been patched. It is strongly advised to upgrade. If no scripting is needed in any of the processes, it could be possible to disable it altogether via the ProcessEngineConfiguration. However, this workaround could lead to unexpected side-effects. |
| LSTM-Kirigaya's openmcp-client is a vscode plugin for mcp developer. Prior to version 0.1.12, when users on a Windows platform connect to an attacker controlled MCP server, attackers could provision a malicious authorization server endpoint to silently achieve an OS command injection attack in the open() invocation, leading to client system compromise. This issue has been patched in version 0.1.12. |
| Pleasanter contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in Preview for Attachments, which allows an attacker to execute an arbitrary script in a logged-in user's web browser. |
| ChatLuck contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in Guest User Sign-up. If exploited, an arbitrary script may be executed on the web browser of the user who is accessing the product. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS Command Injection') issue exists in WN-7D36QR and WN-7D36QR/UE. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary OS command may be executed by a remote authenticated attacker. |
| SonarQube Server and Cloud is a static analysis solution for continuous code quality and security inspection. In versions 4 to 5.3.0, a command injection vulnerability was discovered in the SonarQube Scan GitHub Action that allows untrusted input arguments to be processed without proper sanitization. Arguments sent to the action are treated as shell expressions, allowing potential execution of arbitrary commands. A fix has been released in SonarQube Scan GitHub Action 5.3.1. |
| LDAP Account Manager (LAM) is a webfrontend for managing entries stored in an LDAP directory. LAM before 9.3 allows stored cross-site scripting in the Profile section via the profile name field, which renders untrusted input as HTML and executes a supplied script (for example a script element). An authenticated user with permission to create or edit a profile can insert a script payload into the profile name and have it executed when the profile data is viewed in a browser. This issue is fixed in version 9.3. No known workarounds are mentioned. |
| tar.Reader does not set a maximum size on the number of sparse region data blocks in GNU tar pax 1.0 sparse files. A maliciously-crafted archive containing a large number of sparse regions can cause a Reader to read an unbounded amount of data from the archive into memory. When reading from a compressed source, a small compressed input can result in large allocations. |
| 3DAlloy is a lightWeight 3D-viewer for MediaWiki. From 1.0 through 1.8, the <3d> parser tag and the {{#3d}} parser function allow users to provide custom attributes that are then appended to the canvas HTML element that is being output by the extension. The attributes are not sanitized, which means that arbitrary JavaScript can be inserted and executed. |
| A command injection vulnerability has been identified in bwdpi. A remote, authenticated attacker could leverage this vulnerability to potentially execute arbitrary commands, leading to the device executing unintended instructions.
Refer to the 'Security Update for ASUS Router Firmware' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('command injection') in Cursor allows an unauthorized attacker to execute commands that are outside of those specified in the allowlist, resulting in arbitrary code execution. |
| Mesh Connect JS SDK contains JS libraries for integrating with Mesh Connect. Prior to version 3.3.2, the lack of sanitization of URLs protocols in the createLink.openLink function enables the execution of arbitrary JavaScript code within the context of the parent page. This is technically indistinguishable from a real page at the rendering level and allows access to the parent page DOM, storage, session, and cookies. If the attacker can specify customIframeId, they can hijack the source of existing iframes. This issue has been patched in version 3.3.2. |
| The SVG Block plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via REST API SVG File uploads in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.24 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the SVG file. |
| An arbitrary free vulnerability exists in the cv_close functionality of
Dell ControlVault3 prior to 5.15.10.14 and Dell ControlVault3 Plus prior to 6.2.26.36. A specially crafted ControlVault API call
can lead to an arbitrary free. An attacker can forge a fake session to
trigger this vulnerability. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in tattersoftware WP Tesseract wp-tesseract allows Stored XSS.This issue affects WP Tesseract: from n/a through <= 1.0.2. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in weissmike Simple Finance Calculator simple-finance-calculator allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects Simple Finance Calculator: from n/a through <= 1.0. |
| Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in Perfex CRM chatbot before 3.3.1 allows attackers to inject arbitrary HTML/JavaScript. The payload is executed in the browsers of users viewing the chat, resulting in client-side code execution, potential session token theft, and other malicious actions. A different vulnerability than CVE-2024-8867. |
| Moodle PDF Annotator plugin v1.5 release 9 allows stored cross-site scripting (XSS) via the Public Comments feature. An attacker with a low-privileged account (e.g., Student) can inject arbitrary JavaScript payloads into a comment. When any other user (Student, Teacher, or Admin) views the annotated PDF, the payload is executed in their browser, leading to session hijacking, credential theft, or other attacker-controlled actions. |
